Designed on an evergreen base. Fluffed up with black deco mesh with tan stripes. A black top hat was added to the skull, along with some bling in his eyes. A gorgeous 4 inch, Pink with silver glitter deluxe ribbon and a Black velvet ribbon create his bow. A large "diamond" button was added for another touch of Glam. Filled in with some beautiful muted foliage, pink sprigs and finished with a black rose and pink velvet pumpkins.
